Developed an Era adaptation that brings a fresh perspective on a heritage shoe for today (performance). The final product is a nod to the past while catering to the needs of modern skateboarders.
Inspiration & Sketching
When searching for a spark for this new style I looked at Vans Wayvee (top left), expiremental shoes i crafted by hand (bottom left), and the installations of Do Ho Suh, a modern artist who colorfully plays with transparency and stucture.
